McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Driver Trainee in Arlington, TX. You will learn essential driver functions, from loading and securing product to safe delivery at customer locations, while gaining exposure to warehouse operations as part of a structured trainee program.

You will train to obtain a Class A CDL within six months, work from day one with benefits, and participate in a safety-focused environment that emphasizes reliability and growth within the company.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Capable of performing physical labor including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Willing to complete CDL Class A training within 6 months.
• Ability to communicate with customers and teammates.

Responsabilidades

• Move tractor-trailer into position and attach trailer; secure lines.
• Operate truck safely in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects and submit inspection reports.
• Use DDH to document deliveries and temperatures; ensure product security.
• Ride with Driver Trainer to learn driving regulations and maneuvers.
• Maintain driver log according to DOT regulations.
• Assist in unloading and delivering product to customer locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
