Qualifications

• Must be safety-conscious and able to follow local, state, and federal regulations.
• Willingness to learn driving procedures and complete CDL training within 6 months.
• Ability to read and comprehend labels, instructions, and bills of lading.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver tractor into position to attach trailer and secure lines.
• Operate truck safely in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects and submit inspection report.
• Document deliveries and temperatures with DDH and ensure product security.
• Ride with Driver Trainer to learn start, turns, parking, and maneuvers.
• Maintain driver log per DOT regulations and timelines.
• Assist in unloading and delivering products to customer premises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
