Job summary

Truck Driver Nation is seeking a Talent Specialist to source CDL driver candidates, engage applicants, collect qualification information, and move candidates into the appropriate recruiting pipeline to support driver recruitment goals.

You will communicate professionally by phone, email, and messaging, review driving experience and work history, maintain accurate candidate records, follow recruiting procedures, and route qualified candidates to available opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Good organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with phones, email, messaging, and online systems.
• Ability to follow recruiting procedures.
• Trucking, transportation, customer service, recruiting, or sales experience is helpful.
• CDL or professional driving experience can be valuable but is not required.
