zTrip is seeking a Driver Talent & Retention Manager to attract, onboard, coach, and retain professional drivers across our growing organization. You will be the trusted resource from first interaction through long-term success, shaping recruitment and development programs.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, talent development, and a positive driver experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule, helping drivers build rewarding careers while contributing to overall company growth.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting drivers and building talent pipelines.
• Ability to onboard, train, and develop driver personnel.
• Strong coaching and interpersonal communication for diverse teams.
• Proven ability to manage retention programs and driver engagement.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead driver recruitment and talent acquisition programs.
• Oversee onboarding and training for new drivers.
• Develop engagement and retention initiatives to reduce turnover.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare leadership reports.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve driver experience.
• Implement recognition and career development programs.
