zTrip is seeking a Driver Talent & Retention Manager to attract, onboard, coach, and retain professional drivers across our growing organization in Milwaukee. You will build programs that improve engagement, satisfaction, and long-term career success for drivers.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, coaching, and the scaling of recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes in a fast-paced transportation environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, employee relations, workforce development, or related fields.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract qualified driver candidates through various recruiting channels.
• Develop recruitment initiatives to expand the driver pipeline.
• Represent zTrip at career fairs and local outreach programs.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews.
• Guide applicants through every stage of hiring.
• Coach drivers in customer service and performance.
