Job summary

zTrip is seeking a Driver Talent & Retention Manager to attract, onboard, and retain professional drivers across our growing organization. You will recruit talent, deliver onboarding, coach drivers, and implement programs to foster satisfaction and long-term success.

This role focuses on building strong relationships and driving engagement within the driver community. As a trusted resource, you will coordinate coaching and development, ensure compliance, and collaborate with operations to

Qualifications

Background in recruiting, employee relations, workforce development, human resources, customer service, operations, sales, or related fields.
Strong coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience building relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Driver Recruitment: Identify and attract qualified driver candidates through multiple channels.
Driver Onboarding & Training: Lead orientation and ensure onboarding requirements and licensing processes are met.
Driver Engagement & Retention: Build relationships, provide ongoing support, and implement recognition programs.
Reporting & Strategic Support: Maintain recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and retention records and prepare leadership reports.
