zTrip in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a Driver Talent & Retention Manager to attract, onboard, coach, and retain professional drivers across our growing organization.

You will lead talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention programs; coordinate driver development, monitor metrics, and collaborate with operations to improve the driver experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop retention programs and recognition initiatives.
• Monitor recruitment and retention metrics and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to improve the driver experience.
