Qualifications

• Experience sourcing CDL driver candidates and managing candidate experience from application to offer.
• Ability to leverage driver networks, industry events, and CDL schools to build pipelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, management and IT to develop web presence and social media presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding and appreciation of the industry, company, and job opportunities.
• Review, schedule, screen, qualify and submit driver candidates to hiring managers.
