zTrip in Albuquerque is seeking an energetic Recruiter to attract, interview, onboard, and support driver candidates throughout the hiring process. You will recruit via job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach, building a pipeline of qualified drivers.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, human resources, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Recruit driver candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews.
• Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
• Assist with background checks, licensing verification, and required paperwork.
• Coordinate orientation and training schedules.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified driver candidates.
• Follow up with new hires to support onboarding experience.
• Partner with operations teams to meet hiring goals.
• Attend hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate recruiting and hiring records.
