• 2+ years in a driver-facing, customer success, or account management role.
• Follow-through that closes every loop.
• Comfort working across multiple systems and keeping accurate notes.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with your driver portfolio and return every call the same business day.
• Run documented 30/60/90-day check-ins with new drivers.
• Take driver concerns from the first call to resolution and keep drivers updated.
• Coordinate home-time requests with Dispatch.
• Explain settlement status and route disputes to the right specialist.
• Spot at-risk drivers early and lead retention conversations.
