Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recruiting support experience in a call center or customer-facing environment.
• Experience interviewing and hiring is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, sales or contact information software, internet search, and social media.
• Ability to listen, type, and accurately capture information.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of transportation industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage driver leads via calls, email, social media, resumes, and referrals.
• Present value proposition and discuss available driver opportunities.
• Capture and manage driver information in Salesforce lead capture system.
• Keep leads engaged for future opportunities.
