The role requires auditing experience, change management, vendor management, and a hands‑on approach to coaching staff. You will lead by example, enforce SOPs, and advocate a culture of Safety First with Stop Work

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between stations, governance, and technical teams.
• Maintain system data and update information for stations and drivers.
• Provide regular training on the system for staff.
• Lead safety program KPI monitoring and coaching quality.
• Review events and determine if observations qualify for dismissal.
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders.
• Support Program Manager initiatives.
