Job summary

Premier Private Jets is seeking an Aviation Safety Specialist to support the company-wide Safety Program across Flight Operations, MRO, and FBO. You will manage hazard reports, safety data, and documentation to keep programs compliant and audit-ready.

This hands-on role collaborates with operations teams, coordinates drills and audits, and maintains safety records in Baldwin. Strong organizational skills and SMS/ERP experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of aviation safety, quality, compliance or related admin work.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Aviation Safety/Management preferred.
• Familiarity with SMS, ERP, ASAP and safety reporting concepts.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with data entry, spreadsheets and safety reporting software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day aviation safety programs across Flight Ops, MRO and FBO.
• Receive, log and track hazard reports; maintain records and databases.
• Compile safety data for trending analyses and leadership reports.
• Assist with incident/accident reporting and follow-up coordination.
• Support teams with safety documentation, forms and recordkeeping.
• Coordinate safety drills and emergency response exercises.
• Assist preparation and coordination of internal and third-party audits.
• Maintain safety program files in compliance with regulations.
• Communicate across departments to promote reporting culture and safety awareness.
