Responsibilities

• Manage truck cameras and analyze safety-related footage.
• Provide immediate feedback on unsafe activity.
• Maintain records of events and coaching opportunities.
• Answer safety questions from drivers and terminals.
• Process safety paperwork and audit records.
• Maintain databases and electronic records.
• Ensure Hours of Service rules are understood and followed.
• Coordinate Infiniti training assignments to ensure safety compliance.
• Assist retention activities with engagement calls.
