Job summary

UZURV – The Adaptive TNC, headquartered in Richmond, VA, is seeking a Driver Safety and Claims Associate to provide admin, operational, and first-line support for safety, claims, and FTA compliance programs. You will handle incident intake, document collection, and initial review of driver safety telematics.

This entry- to associate-level role focuses on day-to-day ticketing, audit preparation, and liaison activities with drivers and insurance adjusters, building a career in transportation

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–2 years in admin, customer support, logistics or risk management.
• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle ticket intake and routing via Zendesk.
• Use workflows and macros to categorize and escalate safety/claims incidents.
• Ensure SLAs and prompt response times for inquiries and tickets.
• Collect and review driver telematics reports and safety dashboards.
• Assist with scheduling and tracking safety training modules.
• Maintain organized digital claims files and documentation.
• Coordinate communications with drivers, adjusters, and internal teams.
• Assist with drug/alcohol testing scheduling under FTA rules.
• Support regulatory recordkeeping and monthly compliance reporting.
