Job summary

UZURV is seeking a Driver Safety and Claims Associate in Richmond, VA to provide administrative, operational, and first-line support for safety, claims, and FTA compliance programs. You will process incident intake, route tickets in Zendesk, collect documents, and assist with training and audits.

Ideal candidates have an associate or bachelor’s degree and up to 2 years in related roles, with experience in Zendesk or similar ticketing tools.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, or related field.
• 0-2 years of admin, customer-support, logistics, or risk management experience.
• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing software (Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira) preferred.
• Strong ticketing, SLA management, and data-entry skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Incident intake, ticket routing via Zendesk, and initial review of driver safety telematics.
• Assist with safety training coordination and onboarding materials.
• Support auto insurance claims: FNOL intake and file maintenance.
• Aid with FTA compliance, drug/alcohol testing, and regulatory recordkeeping.
• Draft routine incident summaries and monthly compliance metrics.
