Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Admin, Marketing or Transportation/Logistics).
• 6–12 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain driver relationships to meet needs (home time, payroll, equipment issues).
• Partner with Logistics Managers to optimize driver loads based on origin, destination, freight type, miles, stops.
• Interface with billing, customer service, risk, safety, payroll, fuel and vendors; maintain a full board of drivers.
