• Experience coordinating drivers and loads across multiple customers.
• Strong understanding of safety, compliance and driver payroll implications.
• Ability to manage profitability and growth for assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

• Assign drivers to loads by optimizing origination, destination, freight type, miles, stops, and directions, using available systems.
• Develop and maintain driver training and relationships to improve retention and meet driver needs.
• Monitor load assignments to meet customer service expectations and KPI targets.
• Oversee driver safety, pre-trip inspections, CSA scores, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with billing, safety, payroll, and other departments to ensure accurate invoicing and compliance.
• Understand customer dynamics to improve value and relationships with drivers, associates, and customers.
