Covenant Transport Services is seeking a Student Driver Recruiter to support growing our driving fleet. Responsibilities include pre-screening applications, conducting phone interviews, and coordinating orientation for top candidates.

You will use Tenstreet ATS and maintain accurate records to ensure timely progression of applications. You will communicate compensation, benefits, and culture to attract qualified drivers while adhering to DOT and state employment laws.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Sales or Telemarketing experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Pre-screen incoming driver candidate applications.
• Make outbound/inbound calls to prospects.
• Schedule orientation for selected candidates.
• Enter and track candidate information in Tenstreet ATS.
• Provide feedback on lead numbers and progression of applications.
• Document recruiting activity and acceptance status in the ATS.
