Job summary

Continental Expedited Services in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Truck Driver Recruiter to build relationships with Company Drivers, Lease Purchase Drivers and Owner Operators. You will own a high-touch candidate experience from first contact through orientation readiness and early-tenure follow-up.

You will partner with Operations, HR and Marketing to streamline the recruiting process, leverage data, and improve the onboarding journey for drivers across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in trucking or logistics.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA requirements and driver recruiting processes.
• Strong communication, organization and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities.
• Experience with driver management systems.
• Social media recruiting experience is a plus.
• Comfort working across teams and HRIS systems.
• Service-minded approach to helping drivers make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective drivers through job boards, referrals, social media and events.
• Respond quickly and maintain follow-up with qualified candidates.
• Guide candidates through screening, documentation, and orientation readiness.
• Partner with Operations, Safety, Compliance, HR and Marketing for a smooth experience.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide clear next steps for leaders and candidates.
• Support early-driver check-ins and drive onboarding improvements.
• Use data and feedback to improve the candidate journey.
