Responsibilities

• Maintain current job openings in KNET and provide weekly reports to department heads.
• Manage hotel reservations and passenger lists for orientation classes.
• Track and monitor recruiter monthly hires.
• Provide phone coverage for the processor line.
• Order and monitor background reports.
• Conduct employment verifications for potential and former drivers.
• Process driver files, ensuring compliance standards are met.
• Book travel arrangements for incoming orientation drivers.
• Prepare and submit month-end reports to the Director of Recruiting.
