Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Ability to maintain candidate records in ATS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations to forecast staffing needs.
• Review applications and conduct initial screenings.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Source candidates via job boards and social media.
• Ensure DOT compliance and internal policies.
• Prepare driver qualification documentation, including background checks and MVRs.
• Maintain candidate records in Tenstreet.
• Utilize Tenstreet, HireRight, Clearinghouse, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Remain available for driver needs outside standard hours.
