Job summary

Now Courier, Inc. in Indianapolis seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the recruiting lifecycle for delivery drivers, owner-operators, and Class A/B drivers, including the Lease-to-Own (LTO) program.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school with three years related experience in recruiting or HR.
• Experience in recruitment or HR within logistics is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for drivers and owner-operators.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, social media, and partnerships.
• Screen and interview candidates for role fit, safety, and compliance.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and proactive communications with stakeholders.
• Educate candidates on Lease-to-Own and program requirements.
