Job summary

NOW Courier is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit qualified delivery drivers, owner-operators and contractors across locations, ensuring a positive candidate and driver experience.

You will manage onboarding, compliance with DOT/FMCSA, background checks, and system access while mentoring new drivers and maintaining strong relationships with Operations and Contractor Relations. This role operates on-site in the Indianapolis area.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required; 3+ years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in recruiting or HR within logistics or distribution industries is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for contractor and commercial drivers across locations.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates for role fit, safety, compliance and readiness.
• Coordinate onboarding timelines, background checks, DOT/FMCSA requirements, and system access.
• Develop and optimize driver recruiting pipelines to meet operational demand.
• Maintain employer branding and manage the driver referral program.
