Job summary

Crete Carrier Corporation in Mechanicsburg, PA seeks a recruiter to manage all stages of onboarding for driver applicants. You will recruit, screen, and hire qualified individuals and maintain communications with candidates throughout the process.

• Receives and carries out instructions.
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with others.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
