Job summary

zTrip is recruiting a Recruiter in Clearwater, FL to attract and onboard professional drivers who power our transportation network. You will develop strategies, source candidates, and manage a strong candidate pipeline to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing driver engagement.

The ideal candidate is energetic, people-focused, and excels at networking. You will coordinate onboarding for Independent Contractors and collaborate across teams to support growth and driver satisfaction in a dynamic

Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related field.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates.
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective drivers.
Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and follow-up communications.
Achieve hiring goals through proactive recruiting efforts.
