Swift Transportation is hiring to support its Owner-Operator program. You will communicate the program details to potential owners and partner with current owners to retain drivers while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

This role focuses on providing clear guidance on startup costs, maintenance expenses, and related charges, while delivering exceptional customer engagement and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment at Swift locations.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in customer relations or business adviser in trucking industry.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess sound judgment and problem solving skills.
• Must be self motivated and able to work independently.
• Associates degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the O/O program to potential owners.
• Support current owners with solutions to aid driver retention.
• Present a clear view of cash flow and startup costs (maintenance, insurance, etc.).
• Engage customers with professional communication and strong service mindset.
• Identify and address potential customers by tracking approvals and truck availability.
• Ensure accurate documentation and contract execution.
• Develop relationships with owners and coworkers based on trust.
• Continuously improve personal skills and performance.
• Prioritize work effectively to meet company standards.
