Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 Hourly

Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Provide support to driver recruiters by conducting preliminary screening of potential candidates. Incumbents will be assigned to alternate work shifts based on company and customer needs.

• Screen calls from potential candidates and provide candidates with preliminary information about hiring criteria and safety goals.
• Gather appropriate information from each potential candidate and ensure data is accurate and accessible to driver recruiters.
• Assist candidates in completing an application on-line.
• Provide prospective drivers with available resources that can assist them throughout the training/on-boarding process.
• Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

• Previous office experience required.
• Knowledge of trucking or transportation industry preferred.
