GTS Transportation in Burr Ridge, IL is seeking an entry-level Driver Recruiter to source, engage, and onboard CDL drivers for our operations. This hands-on role offers training and growth into a full-cycle recruiter.

You'll learn FMCSA compliance, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and collaborate with HR on new hire logistics while building a strong driver pipeline in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or transportation/logistics.
• Willingness to learn FMCSA regulations and driver hiring practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse candidates.
• Bonus for Russian, Ukrainian, or Eastern European language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment strategies to attract CDL drivers via social media and job boards.
• Assist full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing support, and onboarding.
• Learn and perform pre-employment screenings per FMCSA guidelines.
• Maintain a steady pipeline through outreach and industry networking.
• Collaborate with HR on orientation, contracts, and onboarding logistics.
• Track candidates using the HRIS/ATS platform.
