Responsibilities include coordinating orientation, arranging transportation and lodging, and using sales skills to improve show rates for scheduled applicants. Proficiency with AS400, Windows, Salesforce, and related systems is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in recruitment techniques and compliance requirements.
• Strong judgment to make pre-approval determinations.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and documentation skills for candidate engagement.
• Proficient PC and office technology use (phones, fax, copy machines).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2–3 years in recruiting or sales.

Responsibilities

• Screen drivers and conduct pre-approval assessments.
• Make real-time pre-approval decisions (pass/reject).
• Coordinate orientation, transportation, and lodging for qualified drivers.
• Use sales skills to maximize candidate engagement and show-rate.
• Operate systems (AS400, Windows, Salesforce) to process applications and ensure DOT compliance.
