Job summary

TA Dedicated in Eagan, MN seeks a Driver Recruiter focused on sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified CDL drivers to support our growing trucking operation. You will develop recruitment strategies, build candidate relationships, and manage onboarding to ensure a smooth start.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of recruiting or high-volume sales experience, familiarity with Tenstreet or a similar TMS, and strong communication, organization, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recruiting, sales, or high-volume candidate-facing experience.
• Experience using Tenstreet or a similar Transportation Management System (TMS) is preferred.
• Experience in the transportation or trucking industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach, phone screenings, and selection of qualified candidates for driver positions, ensuring alignment with company needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through professional communication, prompt follow-ups, and effective resolution of inquiries.
• Escalate any concerns or issues to the appropriate teams as necessary, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Utilize problem‑solving skills, tact, and discretion in handling candidate interactions, addressing challenges with professionalism.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all candidate information and sensitive data throughout the recruitment process.
• Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance the overall candidate experience and boost satisfaction levels.
• Performs other duties as assigned

$55,000-$70,000 annual salary, plus monthly bonus.

Summary

The Driver Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified CDL drivers to meet the staffing needs of our growing trucking company. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, building relationships with potential candidates, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the trucking industry, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to identify top talent in a competitive market.
