TA Dedicated in the United States invites applications for a Recruiter to source, screen, and hire CDL drivers in Eagan, MN. You will design recruitment strategies, build candidate relationships, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new drivers.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in recruiting or high-volume hiring, familiarity with Tenstreet or similar TMS, and a background in transportation. Strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recruiting, sales, or high-volume customer-facing experience.
• Experience using Tenstreet or a similar Transportation Management System (TMS) is preferred.
• Experience in the transportation or trucking industry is a plus.
• Proven ability to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and influence candidates.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach, phone screenings, and selection of qualified candidates for driver positions, ensuring alignment with company needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through professional communication, prompt follow-ups, and effective resolution of inquiries.
• Escalate any concerns or issues to the appropriate teams as necessary, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Utilize problem-solving skills, tact, and discretion in handling candidate interactions, addressing challenges with professionalism.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all candidate information and sensitive data throughout the recruitment process.
• Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance the overall candidate experience and boost satisfaction levels.
• Performs other duties as assigned
