Job summary

WesleyLife's Hearthstone campus in Pella, IA is seeking a dedicated Driver to support residents with safe, friendly transportation in WesleyLife's vehicles. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, track vehicle usage, and coordinate with care teams to enhance daily resident experiences.

As a PRN role, you will join a compassionate team committed to belonging, growth, and making a difference. A valid Iowa driver's license and clean driving record are required with ability to handle

Qualifications

• Iowa driver license with clear driving record.
• Ability to perform light maintenance tasks (bulbs, filters, small plumbing).
• Ability to move furniture and assist residents as needed.

About the Role: Driver
As a Campus Driver you will play a key role in supporting the health, happiness and daily experience of the residents at Hearthstone in Pella.In this role you will:
Engage with residents by providing safe, friendly transportation services in WesleyLife provided vehicle.
Track vehicle maintenance and usage logs
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections

PRN - As Needed

Qualifications:
Iowa driver license with clear driving record
Ability to perform duties such as change light bulbs, filter changes, light plumbing and moving furniture.
