Job summary

WesleyLife is seeking a CNA/CMA to assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health, provide emotional support, and facilitate participation in activities at Hearthstone in Pella, IA. You’ll help keep residents safe, comfortable, and engaged, while communicating clearly with families and the care team.

Open shifts include 1st and 3rd; benefits feature DailyPay, flexible scheduling, shift differentials, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time.

Qualifications

• State of Iowa CNA license is required.
• CMA preferred but not required.
• Prior LTC/AL experience preferred but not required.

Open Shifts Available

• 1st Shift (6:15am-2:45pm) Part-Time or Full-time
• 3rd Shift (10:45pm-7:15am) Full-Time

Qualifications

• State of Iowa Active CNA license
• CMA preferred but not required
• Prior experience in LTC and/or AL preferred but not required
