Job summary

WesleyLife Hearthstone in Pella, IA is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to positively impact residents by guiding activity and lifestyle programming in our Long Term Care community.

You will collaborate with care teams, develop engaging programs, and contribute to a healthy, vibrant campus culture with strong perks and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required or preferred.
• Experience designing and leading activity programs for older adults is ideal.
• Strong communication and collaboration with care teams are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee lifestyle and activity programs for residents.
• Collaborate with care teams to individualize programming.
• Promote resident wellbeing and engagement through planned events.

You will have the opportunity to directly and positively impact the health and wellbeing of the people you serve by finding purpose, passion and joy in activity and lifestyle programming. This position will work primarily with residents in our Long Term Care community.
