You will enter deductions, process payroll, handle Comdata activities, and assist with lease payroll while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

The role requires strong communication, data entry skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent.
• Payroll processing experience preferred.
• Paycom experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Enter miscellaneous and standard deductions into driver settlements system.
• Enter non-invoice payments into driver settlement system.
• Sort and bar code backup for settlements.
• Process company driver payroll.
• Process Comdata wire weekly for payroll and accounts payable.
• File Comcheck receipts.
• Scan payroll backup.
• Responsible for issuing Comdata cards to drivers and related administrative responsibilities.
• Support lease payroll.
• Take phone calls as needed to assist drivers and CSCs.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
