You will enter deductions, process payroll, handle Comdata activities, and assist with lease payroll while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent.
• Payroll processing experience preferred.
• Paycom experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook).

Purpose:Provide customer service to our drivers and coordinate company/lease driver payroll in a timely and accurate manner.Essential Job Functions:Enter miscellaneous and standard deductions into driver settlements system.Enter non-invoice payments into driver settlement system.Sort and bar code backup for settlements.Process company driver payrollProcess comdata wire weekly for payroll and accounts payable.File comcheck receipts.Scan payroll backup.Responsible for issuing comdata cards to drivers and related administrative responsibilities related to Comdata.Evaluate and sort emails daily.Support lease payroll.Take phone calls as needed to assist drivers and CSC’s.Other responsibilities as assigned.Additional Responsibilities:Carries out duties assigned by the Driver payroll/Settlements Supervisor as required.Minimum Qualifications for Considerations:High School Education or equivalent.
