Qualifications

• Comfortable and confident on the phone with drivers, dispatchers, and other contacts.
• Strong attention to detail and a track record of following through on tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple open items at once and prioritize without losing accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Dependable, consistent, and professional in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Audit and maintain Driver Qualification files to keep every driver legally compliant with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Monitor compliance status across the driver base and identify lapses before they become violations.
• Reach out directly to drivers, dispatchers, and fleet contacts by phone and email to gather required documentation and resolve open items.
• Pull and review roadside inspection reports and MVR records, flagging anything that needs action.
• Track and maintain training records and rosters for UPT and FRTL drivers.
• Communicate with Independent Contractors on qualification and leasing requirements.
• Support compliance audits and assist the Director of Compliance with reporting and special projects.
• Cross-train with the Recruiting team to understand how driver onboarding connects to qualification.
