Job summary

InterAtlas Logistics Inc is seeking a highly organized Driver Pay Coordinator to support accurate and timely pay processing for a team of about 15 drivers. You will review BOLs, trip sheets, and TMS data to verify pay and enter data.

Collaborate with Dispatch and Operations to resolve discrepancies, ensure proper documentation, and apply pay rates. Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Excel are essential for success in this fast-paced transportation environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Transportation Management System (TMS), such as PortPro is required.
• Previous experience in driver pay, payroll support, transportation administration or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately review and enter numerical information.
• Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other standard office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile BOLs, trip sheets, TMS records and dispatch notes to verify completed trips and associated driver pay.
• Accurately enter daily driver pay using established company pay rates and structures.
• Verify applicable additional pay such as detention, layovers, extra stops or other approved activities, against supporting documentation and required approvals.
• Identify missing documents, duplicate entries, incorrect trip details, and inconsistencies that could affect driver pay.
• Communicate promptly with Dispatch and Operations Manager to clarify discrepancies, trip information or to obtain approval for adjustments.
