Job summary

Western Dairy Transport, LLC is seeking a Driver Pay Processor to manage weekly driver documentation and coordinate with payroll. The role audits driver paperwork against dispatch data and ensures accurate billing, fuel tax, and compliance records.

You will post various driver pay types, maintain confidentiality, and support multiple departments with pay-related inquiries. This is an office-based role in a dynamic transportation environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Excel, 10-key, and Google Workspace.
• Strong math, data entry, and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit driver paperwork and trip info for payroll accuracy.
• Post driver pay including mileage and various pay types.
• Maintain confidentiality of wage information.
• Communicate policies and respond to pay-related queries.
• Assist with locating paperwork and auditing for payroll.
• Indexing/scanning duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
