Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Drayage Administration or similar roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience with PortPro or similar TMSS; skilled in Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide dependable administrative support to the dispatch and drayage team; ensure shipment information is accurate and available.
• Review shipping instructions and customer data to enable effective planning and execution of shipments.
• Identify missing information, conflicting instructions, and data errors; resolve issues with colleagues and customers.
• Enter and update data in software systems with close attention to detail to support informed decisions.
• Communicate updates clearly; follow up on outstanding information and questions.
• Deliver timely, accurate support and take ownership of requests through to resolution, strengthening customer relationships.
• Identify recurring issues and propose practical improvements to streamline processes and reduce errors.
