Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Driver Patrol - 1st Shift in Waterloo, IA to protect a manufacturing and industrial site. You will drive a patrol vehicle, maintain a visible presence, and provide outstanding customer service.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 20 lbs+, and a commitment to safety. Training and benefits including health and retirement are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot/vehicle patrols of manufacturing areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access; verify visitor/contractor authorization per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies; document observations and notify contacts.
• Maintain daily activity and patrol reports per site requirements.
