Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• State/local licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor entry/exit points and verify visitor credentials; maintain logs and reports.
• Communicate hazards and maintenance needs to site contacts and leadership.
