Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Patrol Driving - Mornings in Waterloo, IA. You will perform unarmed security duties at a manufacturing location, conduct patrols, monitor access, and ensure a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Valid driver’s license required, with a focus on customer service and clear communication.

Shift schedule includes mornings, full-time position. Pay rate is $19.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service while following site policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate calm problem-solving in incidents and alarms.
• Maintain logs and document incidents accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures, site policies and emergency response when needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain logs and reports.
• Report hazards, equipment concerns and security issues to site contacts and leadership.
