Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Driver Patrol for overnight shifts in Waterloo, IA. The role involves unarmed patrols at a manufacturing/industrial site, exceptional customer service, and a valid driver’s license requirement.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check is required.
• Drug screen will be conducted as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients following site procedures and emergency responses.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of facilities, production areas, parking, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points, report unusual activity or hazards, document incidents per site procedures.
• Deter unauthorized access and maintain a professional, secure environment through visible presence and timely communication.
