• Experience in transportation operations or logistics required.
• Prior supervisory experience in transportation or logistics preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership and team management with ability to motivate driver teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of regional drivers across routes.

• Provide training on company systems and procedures.
• Prepare and review operational documentation and reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in service quality.
