Job summary

Winebow is seeking a Logistics/Transportation Supervisor to oversee driver coverage, scheduling, and performance within our US operations. The role coordinates payroll, vacations, and recruiting while conducting driver appraisals and audits to maintain efficiency and safety.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of supervisory logistics experience, a valid license, and a preference for CDL holders. In-office duties are required in a warehouse/office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; additional education preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience in a logistics role.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees driver coverage and scheduling, accounting for vacations and absences.
• Monitors driver performance and reports issues to the Operations Manager.
• Manages payroll submissions, vacation approvals, recruiting, and performance appraisals for direct reports.
• Ensures DOT/FMCSA compliance and conducts routine driver audits.
