Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Lancaster, TX seeks a Supervisor, Driver Operations to oversee day-to-day activities of regional drivers, ensuring safe, compliant, and on-time transportation. You will lead a team, monitor performance, and coordinate routing across regional routes.

Work with operations leadership, customer service, and drivers to optimize schedules, monitor DOT compliance, and apply company safety standards using TMS and other tech platforms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation operations or logistics; supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise regional drivers with performance monitoring, coaching, and support.
• Conduct regular driver performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a collaborative, safety‑driven team environment.
• Maintain regular communication with drivers on the road to ensure safety and service quality.
• Plan, review, and optimize regional routes to improve fuel efficiency and on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate driver assignments across routes considering hours‑of‑service and priorities.
• Ensure DOT compliance and company policies are followed.
• Lead driver meetings on safety, updates, and team communication.
