Temco Logistics, a Home Depot subsidiary, seeks a Driver Manager to lead driver performance, ensure safety, and uphold brand standards in white-glove final mile Home Appliance Installation.

You will coach drivers, monitor routing, support compliance, and collaborate with MDO teams to optimize routes and on-time delivery. This on-site PA position emphasizes leadership, customer service, and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with home appliance installation or mechanical aptitude to learn installation processes.
• Knowledge of transportation operations including routing, scheduling, DOT & safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on‑road operations and support drivers with calls, exceptions, and issue resolution.
• Review routing for optimization and DOT compliance; coordinate changes with MDO team.
• Train and onboard new customer service staff.
• Build office and driver schedules and ensure hours adherence.
• Review payroll accuracy and partner with Driver Managers on route adjustments.
• Manage check‑in compliance and daily exception processing (MARS, reschedules, cancellations).
• Order office supplies and maintain proper staging of product and paperwork.
• Support inbound/outbound processes in 3PL locations.
• Investigate freight and Sedgewick claims.
• Assess waste/recycling operations and recommend improvements.
