Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to deliver merchandise to customer jobsites and unload material.
• Load trucks according to the sales invoice and ensure timely delivery.
• Deliver and unload materials to customer satisfaction.
• Maintain safe operation by inspecting the vehicle before driving.
• Record all merchandise returns on a credit memo.
• Communicate with customers to address needs and solve issues.

Job Summary

Primary responsibility is to drive company vehicles to deliver merchandise to customer jobsites and physically unload the materials to the customer's satisfaction. Help load and unload trucks, put merchandise away, clean up yard.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn company products, procedures, culture, and customer service philosophy.
• Load trucks according to the list of materials on the sales invoice.
• Deliver and unload materials to customer’s satisfaction and on a timely basis.
• Maintain inspection of each vehicle you drive for safe driving.
• Accurately record all merchandise returns on a credit memo.
• Listen and work with customers to solve customer needs.

Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
